This certainly looks delicious! Unlike Manila, in Iloilo you could hardly see Puto Bumbong being sold outside the church, though we have Bibingka. I was told that the recipe for this Puto Bumbong came from Manila. Wait for my review on this, because certainly will be trying this on the 20th.
